Rental Conditions — Zippi Bikes

1. Purpose

Zippi Bikes offers electric fat bike rentals with delivery included in Hossegor, Capbreton, and Seignosse.

2. Booking

Bookings are made 100% online.

Any confirmed booking implies acceptance of these conditions.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery included

  • Mornings only, between 8 AM and 12 PM

  • On the first day of rental

  • To the address provided during booking

No afternoon deliveries.

No half-day rentals.

4. Return

Bikes are returned at the end of the day on the last day of rental,

to the delivery address.

5. Overnight Option (subject to conditions)

An overnight option may be offered subject to availability.

  • Price: €15

  • Return before 10 AM the next morning

⚠️ The overnight option is only possible if the bike is not re-rented the next morning.

Otherwise, return at the end of the day is mandatory.

6. Prices

Prices are reduced based on the rental duration.

Any optional extras are specified during booking.

7. Payment and Deposit

  • Secure online payment

  • A deposit is required, automatically managed

  • No check is required

8. Bike Usage

The renter agrees to:

  • use the bike in a normal and responsible manner

  • not sub-let the bike

  • return the bike in the condition observed at delivery (excluding normal wear and tear)

9. Late Return

Any unannounced or unvalidated delay may result in the billing of an additional day.

10. Cancellation and Weather

Rain or unfavorable weather conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation.

11. Liability

The renter is responsible for the bike throughout the rental period,

until its return.
